About

Alexandre Bourcier, MD, MSc, is a physician focused on pain, movement, and performance.

He is currently training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at Penn State, where he is developing expertise in non-operative spine care, interventional procedures, and movement-based rehabilitation.

His work sits at the intersection of medicine and performance. The goal is simple: help people move better, hurt less, and stay capable for life.

Alexandre earned his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and holds a Master of Science in Global Health from King’s College London. He completed his undergraduate studies at Penn State’s Schreyer Honors College.

Originally from France, he brings a global perspective to his work and a strong interest in bridging evidence-based medicine with real-world human performance. He lives in Pennsylvania with his wife, a dermatologist.
